MANAGER - DIGITAL MARKETING
LOCATION HEAD OFFICE
We are seeking an individual to oversee Digital Marketing and PR, including external and internal communication along with the development and implementation of a communications strategy.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement the Digital marketing plan. Develop a cohesive communication strategy and implement for the corporation to build a positive corporate brand.
Enhance the service offerings by developing new digital customer touch points.
- Oversee content updates on the corporate website Post, monitor and manage content creation on social media.
Initiate, plan, and distribute communication materials, literature, and other media and provide consistent and timely information to employees through various communications programs.
Maintain positive stakeholder relationships with regard to corporate communications.

Key requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications. A Master's degree will be preferred.
- Minimum
years. experience Communications field. Prior Managerial level experience will give an edge.
Candidates qualified or experienced in Digital Marketing are preferred.
Excellent command of English and Sinhala languages. Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
Superlative communication skills in all forms.
Excellent managerial skills and strategic organization skills.
Ability to think creatively, maintain professionalism at all times.
