POST OF HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.

2. Handle recruitment processes, from job posting to on boarding.

3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

4. Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

5. Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.

6. Address employee queries and concerns with confidentiality and professionalism. 7. Assist in HR-related documentation and compliance.

Requirements:-

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in HR and administration roles.

3. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

Previous Experience

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.

2. Demonstrated success in managing recruitment processes and employee relations.

3. Experience in implementing and enforcing HR policies.

4. Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools.
