Job Summary:

Pet Care Lanka PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Senior Finance Executive cum Human Resource Executive. This position requires a unique blend of financial acumen and human resource management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations while also managing HR functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's financial and personnel affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and procedures.

Human Resource Management:

  • Handle recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for employee queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and human resource management roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
