  • Manager – Human Resources

The selected candidate will be responsible for,

Formulate, design, implement and monitor HR strategies in line with the Company's corporate business strategy.

  • Formulate a strategy to identify human resources for recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training.

To lead and direct the human resources team to deliver HR services.

Managing Performance Appraisals and rewarding employees in line with the Company's corporate strategies.

Providing guidance and development for all staff members by motivating them to achieve high ranks in the Performance Appraisal

Ensure legal compliance in par with HR requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Bachelor's Degree in HRM or relevant professional qualifications from a recognized awarding body. MBA will be a distinct advantage.

A proven track record with a recognized company in similar capacity for a minimum of three (03) years and ten (10) years' experience in HR & Admin. Knowledge of Labour law and statutory requirements is mandatory

Candidates should be able to work independently and show leadership qualities making his/her own decisions;
