SENIOR MANAGER - PEOPLE AND CULTURE (HUMAN RESOURCES)
LOCATION
HEAD OFFICE
We are seeking an individual to be responsible for the various HR processes such as talent attraction and development, performance management and operations management, employee relations, engagement and other crucial processes within the Company.
Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ensure that the hiring, on boarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups.
Lead employer branding efforts..
Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce the Company's position as an equal opportunity employer. Develop and revise HR policies and analyze the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools.
Ensure that the HR plans align with the mission and business objectives.
Collaborate with the team and the Chief People and Culture officer effectively to deliver the department and Company's goals.
LEVEL
SENIOR MANAGER
Work experience as a Chief HR Officer/ Senior HR Manager or similar HR role.
Experience in strategic planning, in-depth knowledge of all HR functions.
Good understanding of labor legislation, excellent leadership abilities.
. Sound analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen and strategic mincket with convincing power.
Ability to work in a complex and agile work environment.
