possess a part qualification in Technology / Management/IT will be an added advantage
have exposure to Project Management, Digital Banking & Finetech environments
possess a fair understanding on multi-channel interaction management related technologies and business practices have the ability to work in cross functional teams
be able to work in an agile environment
be flexible with working hours based on business needs
have exposure in growing digital products and adoption among intended users
be able to multitask and work efficiently to achieve deadlines
have good communication & interpersonal skills
be a lifelong learner
You will be mainly responsible for;
assisting in Product Management & implementation of the Digital banking initiatives of the bank
managing or supporting end to end projects to deliver strategic objectives, customer support/ user acceptance testing coordination with internal and external stakeholders to implement projects and activities assigned
assisting in developing required strategy/business plans for assigned products
