You should ideally;
possess at least 4 years' experience in a Bank/ Financial Institution with exposure to Credit / Banking Operations have a fair knowledge on debt recoveries.
possess a part qualification in Banking will be an added advantage
have good interpersonal and communication skills
possess know how of using Google Sheets/ Excel and other applications
Candidate will be mainly responsible for;
coordinating with branches/ Credit services in finalizing SOA's and expediting the process
facilitating Special Loan Review Committee (SLRC) & ensuring Business Units are in compliance with the SLRC decisions and escalating any violations
coordinating /facilitating recovery related meetings with branches (SLRC/ weekly recovery meetings etc) preparing internal & external reports on a regular basis
attending to correspondence of SVP/Recoveries (complaint handling/ managing correspondence with branch network)
