Intern - Human Resources

SCOPE
As Intern - Human Resources, you will be reporting to the Senior Executive - Talent Engagement and Development. You will be required to facilitate and support the recruitment, employee engagement, training and development and HR services activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Recruitment Process
Assist payroll operation by providing timely inputs Address employee queries pertaining to benefits
Participate in and facilitate company events
- Review and distribute employee documents in required formats
Complete Human Resources related documents and activities (EPF/ETF)
Generate information required by the Management
Support in arranging Training events & Engagement activities for Employees
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate in the field of Human Resources Management or Business Management from a recognized university/institute
- A dynamic, self-motivated individual, willing to take on challenges
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good networking and interpersonal skills
