Sales Coordinator
Unipower (Pvt) Ltd (A member of CIC Holdings PLC) is the pioneer in introducing specialty fertilizer & high-end Agri inputs in Sri Lanka, and the market leader of controlled release fertilizer. We are looking for experienced, self-motivated, dynamic and energetic personnel for the following vacancy at our Factory and Stores facilities located at Ekala Industrial Estate.
Sales Coordinator
Job Profile
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries.
- Assist the sales team in preparing and sending proposals, quotes, and contracts to clientsCoordinate sales meetings, including scheduling appointments, booking venues, and arranging travel accommodations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and dealer progress.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and services.
Candidate Profile
Should possess a degree/diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Age below 35 years.
