Position Available:

Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing: Manage accurate and timely invoicing processes for after-sales services.
- Customer Coordination: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing queries and ensuring post-sales satisfaction.
- Communication: Draft memos and letters professionally for effective internal and external correspondence.
- Monthly Profitability Statements: Contribute to financial health by preparing and analyzing monthly profitability statements.
- Attendance Management: Maintain meticulous records of attendance in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications for Experienced Candidates:
- Experience: Proven track record in after-sales coordination, demonstrating strong account knowledge.
- Accounting Skills: Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail for accurate invoicing and financial statements.

Qualifications for Trainee Candidates:
