JOB PROFILE:
We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious personality to join our team to assist the Sales Directors through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The job scope includes communicating via phone and emails, MS Teams and Zoom platforms, as well as ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Maintained customer lists and records effectively and assisted in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and confidential documents. Should be familiar with the formal and informal departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures, which may include some familiarity with other departments within the company. Obtain the weekly/monthly sales funnels from the respective sales team and updated funnels are sent to the respective Directors before the set deadline.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Professional qualifications in Sales or marketing or equivalent academic background.
Should have 02-03 years of proven working experience in a similar capacity (Coordinator / Administration experience).
- Excellent computer literate with the ability to work in a fully computerized working environment Should be below 35 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving skills, good time management skills and welldisciplined
- Should be a self-motivator who can work with minimum supervision and has the ability to work in a flexible working environment.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and must be a team player who has a can-do attitude.
