Operations Manager
Minimum of 5 year experience in a star class hotel.
Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a leadership role such as Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or Operations Manager.
Certification in hotel management or hospitality management is a plus.
Proven experience in hotel management or a related field, with a strong background in operations management.

- Ability to handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Restaurant & Bar Manager
Minimum of 5 year experience in a
star class hotel.

- Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
- Ability to Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop menus and special promotions.
- く should be able to promote signature cocktails.
Sound knowledge of Bar and beverage operations, including service techniques and industry trends.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Handling bar reports involves managing various
aspects related to bar operations, including
inventory, sales, staff performance, customer feedback, and financial analysis.
