ASSISTANT MANAGER - TALENT ACQUISITION

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.

Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a thorough evaluation process. Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice by creating compelling job postings, engaging with candidates on social media, and participating in employer branding initiatives. Maintain a positive employer brand reputation throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Administration: Manage recruitment-related documentation, including job descriptions, interview notes, and candidate correspondence. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.

Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to evaluate

the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Generate regular reports and provide insights to HR leadership to optimize recruitment strategies.

Talent Acquisition Systems: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools to streamline the recruitment process, maintain candidate records, and enhance data management capabilities.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the recruitment process. Proactively propose and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of talent acquisition efforts.

Required Skills and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO guidelines.
