GENERAL INSURANCE

SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE PLANNING AND REPORTING

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE

LEVEL: SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are seeking an individual to focus on maintaining a constant improvement approach in finance planning process to ensure processes and controls keep up with changes in business, organization, economy, technology, and accounting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing Company's annual budget.
  • Develop financial models, scenario analysis and simplified structures to cater the analysis of the financial planning.
  • Coordinate with finance reporting team to understand the financials and interpret the use of financial planning.
  • Assist and deliver special project evaluations.

Key requirements:

Should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or be part qualified in а professional accounting body such as CIMA, ACCA, CMA and CA.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in Insurance industry is an added advantage.

Process design skills, project management skills, strong communication skills - both verbal and written.

Ability to work under pressure, adaptability, self motivated and a good team player.

Proficiency in MS office and MIS with excellent MS excel skills.
