BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for evaluating and assessing the business decisions and communicating to the department heads.
Liaising with business partners to understand business development opportunities and assisting the department head in structuring the transactions.
Bind is development Assist the department head in strategizing the business and expansions.
Assist in creating and editing written and visual content for various communication channels, such as press releases, blog posts, internal newsletters, and social media updates.
Support in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Monitor media coverage and prepare event proposals for new product launches.
Aid in developing and distributing internal communication materials, including employee newsletters, announcements, and updates. Help maintain intranet content.
Participate in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and presentations. Ensure all communications related to these events are well-coordinated.
Contribute to the management of the company's social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with the online community.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in corporate communications. Analyze communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of the organization's corporate image and brand identity. (Workshop Operations / Spare Parts Operations / Vehicle Sales Operations)
Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining communication databases, and managing communication tools and resources.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Finance Management or Economics. You should have high level personality to liaise with top government officials and cooperate decision makers. Pass finalist or Partly Qualified of SLIM, CA, CIMA would be an added advantage.
Should have knowledge in business data analysis, Sales & Marketing report preparation, New Business proposal preparation, financial management and report preparation on forecasted data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala.
Positive mindset, Disciplined and ability to take responsibilities and importantly work under minimum supervision Age between 24 - 35.
Be able to drive the vehicle including bike riding (Light vehicle driving license).
Be able to achieve required targets given by the top management.
Basically selected candidate must play a pivotal role in marketing, brand, business development, supply chain. Assembly plant work etc.
