Are you a recent graduate with a passion for hospitality and a hunger for success?
Serendib Hotel & Resorts Group is seeking individuals like you, to embark on an exciting journey with us as Management/Internship Trainees.
Requirements:
- A Diploma/Degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for learning and a desire to grow within the industry.
- Age between 23 - 30 Years
What we offer:
- A comprehensive internship program designed to refine your skills and prepare you for a successful career in hospitality management.
- Hands-on experience in various departments, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and more.
- Mentorship from industry experts and senior management.
- Remuneration allowance of LKR60,000 per month, with Accommodation, meals, transport and medical, and a Living upkeep allowance.
- A 12 month Internship contract; a VISA and a return Airfare ticket will be provided to the successful candidates
Commitment:
Successful candidates will be required to enter into a 1-year bond with Serendib Hotels, during which they will receive unparalleled training and support to kickstart their career in hospitality.
