Possess qualification in Technology / Management/IT will be an added advantage. Reading for a masters qualification will be an added advantage. Having 4-5 years of exposure to project management, digital banking, and Finetech environments.
Have prior experience in system integration (inclusive of biller integrations) and implementing JustPay, LankaQR, LPOPP, and other LankaPay products for Online Banking / Mobile Banking.
Good understanding of multi-channel interaction management, related technologies, and business practices. Have the ability to collaborate with various different teams both internally and externally. Be able to work in an agile environment.
Be flexible with working hours based on business needs. Be able to multitask and work efficiently to achieve deadlines. Have prior experience in growing digital products and adoption among intended users.
Possess good communication & interpersonal skills. Be a lifelong learner. Have good problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for;
Assisting in Product Management and implementation of the Digital Banking efforts of the Bank. Managing or supporting end-to-end projects to deliver strategic objectives, customer support/User acceptance testing. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to implement projects and activities assigned. Assisting in developing required strategy/business plans for assigned products. Assist internal and external stakeholders with the bank's Digital products and services.
