"HOPE OF PEOPLE" (Hope) is a duly registered dedicated volunteer service and non-governmental organization established in 2005 based in Sri Lanka. Hope is committed to serve all communities in Sri Lanka regardless of race, religion, gender, nationality or political opinion. Operating in various districts across the country based in Anuradhapura district, focus on a wide range of humanitarian and development programs, including food security, livelihood, water, health, education, women, youth and children development as well as addressing climate change, peace building, advocacy and engagement, reflects a comprehensive approach to improving lives and fostering sustainable development. Admin & Finance officer

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Closing date - 31st March 2024 05.00 PM

  • Minimum of 03 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the non-profit sectorStrong understanding of financial principles, regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala or Tamil languages.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of "Hope of People" organization.
  • Project Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field(e.gInternational Development, Social Sciences, Project Manager) Minimum of 05 years of experience in Project management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting and monitoring.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala or Tamil Languages.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Hope of People.
