Operations/Resident Manager
Location: Hatton/ Hanthana
We are a Luxury Boutique villa located in Hatton & Hanthana specializing in bringing our guests authentic and unique experiences around the island. We are looking to welcome and employ a person who has experience in managing exclusive boutique bungalows. He or she should be a dynamic, service-oriented professional with good PR abilities and an enthusiastic attitude to satisfy guests far above their expectations at our premium boutique villa.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To handle all front and back of house operations including purchases, HR matters and coordination with Local and Central Government approvals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience as a Resident / Operations Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices.
- Proficiency in English is a must and multilingualism will be an added advantage.
- Working well independently and in a team.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
