We are on the lookout for a dynamic, dedicated, and self-motivated individual with a passion for contributing to the organization's objectives of achieving business growth and delivering excellent customer service to take on duties as Customer Service Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of air and sea freight inquiries efficiently.
- Pricing with shipping lines / Carriers
- Ensures the quality of the quotes and proposals are maintained as per the set standards and follow-up on quotes to ensure conversion target is met as given by department.
- Analysis of client information to learn about their shipment history and service needs Manage and respond in line with customer's need for FCL, LCL, Air, OOG (including Project cargo)
- Development of Pricing methods.
- Effectively communicate with carriers and build relationships with key decision makers
- Be able to acknowledge and understand company capabilities and identify improvement areas.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-year experience in pricing with shipping lines, carriers, or agents.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and assertive team
- Independent and passionate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
- Computer literacy.
