LINE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Developing production plans and schedules based on customer demands and sales forecasts
- Meeting strict production targets and ensuring high productivity and efficiency
- Analyzing production data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Increasing factory performance levels while ensuring the continuous improvement
- Monitoring and optimizing manufacturing and packing output and reducing wastage of materials and energy resources
Competencies and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/ NDT in Production Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Management from a recognized university or Institute
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (Experience in FMCG would be an added advantage)
- Knowledge of modernization manufacturing process control techniques, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
Should be conversant with ISO standards for quality and environment
JUNIOR PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Production Mangement / Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Management from a recognized University/institute or NVQ Level 7 equivalent qualification.
- 1 year of experience in the Manufacturing industry would be an added advantage. The prime responsibility would be meeting strict production targets and ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
- Should be a team player with an ability to work in a challenging environment.
