LINE LEADER (COCO FRESH)
Job Role:
As a Line Leader, the job holder will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all products meet stringent production, quality, and technical specifications. The incumbent will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among the team.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced Level (A/L) qualification is a must
- At least 2 years of experience in the coconut kernel product industry
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in a supervisory role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex production processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team Commitment to quality, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance Ideal candidates should be from Kurunegala/Puttalam region or willing to relocate
