Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable HR & Admin Intern to assist with various administrative tasks both within our office premises and outside. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative roles while contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents and preparing personal files.
  • Provide support for office operations including managing emails and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Assist with running errands outside the office, such as making deliveries or picking up supplies.
  • Support the team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A/L completed in Commerce or Business Studies
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for out-of-office works
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Should be Female aged below 24 years residing in and around Boralesgamuwa
