Legal Officer
Galoya Plantations (Pvt) Ltd is seeking for suitable candidate as a Legal Officer having experience to work at factory site, Hingurana. The applicant should have the ability to handle the legal operations of the company.
Prerequisites
- An Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public, preferably with a degree in law from a recognized University.
Minimum 03 Years of Working Experience in Active legal practice in Courts of first instance and experience in Corporate and/ or Regulated Sectors as a legal officer. Experience in the areas of Land Law, Industrial law and company law will be an added advantage. Exposure and understanding into corporate affairs will be an added advantage.
- Possess the ability to draft contracts, prepare legal documents independently
- Ability to appear in Courts and ability to engage in regulatory matters
- Strong communication skill, Strategic networking and social intelligence for trusted team building, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadline is required.
Knowledge on Microsoft Office Package.
