As a DevOps Engineer - On Contract basis at our AI transcription company, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of our transcription services. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Python programming, familiarity with Devin AI, and a strong foundation in various cloud-based services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technology and contribute to the growth and success of our innovative platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure to support our AI transcription services.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal service availability.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure. Working on ways to automate and improve deployment and release processes. AWS based HIPAA compliant infrastructure development/deployment, automation and support. Optimizing Lambda builds. Configuring and optimizing Cognito configurations. Creating and updating technical content in on-line knowledge base. Working within and measuring against customer SLAs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in DevOps or related role, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
- Proficiency in Python programming language for automation and scripting tasks.
- Experience with Devin AI or similar AI frameworks is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
