POST OF PRODUCTION MANAGER
We seek a result oriented individual with a keen analytical mind to join as the Production Manager. As the Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products/services. You will collaborate with various departments, lead a team of production staff, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day to day operations to meet management expectations.
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery.
- Implement production strategies in alignment with company initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction to the production staff.
- Responsible for staff development.
- Develop production processes to increase productivity and minimize waste.
- Ensure that all machines are utilized, maintained in excellent order.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Production Management or equivalent qualifications.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in LEAN concepts / TQM will be an added advantage. Minimum 10 years of Proven experience in a production management role, demonstrating successful leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, cost management and HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
