Job Description:
As the Production Manager at Frella International, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations within our Wellness and Service sector. Working in collaboration with various stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless production of high-quality products and services. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the production team to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets.
- Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to optimize resources and meet customer demands.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Liaising with suppliers and vendors to procure raw materials and equipment necessary for production.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure alignment of production activities with business objectives.
Monitoring production processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain equipment, facilities, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related fieldAdvanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the Personal Care or Service sector.
- Proven track record of success in leading production teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with luxurious brands and institutions is an advantageWillingness to travel.
