Job Profile:

Manager - Human Resource

  • Lead of Organization's HR Programs and policies as they apply to employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing recruiting, testing and interview programs counseling managers on candidate selection: conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes as appropriate.
  • Sustain strong relationships based on trust & respect with employees to resolve employee relation issues and enhance employee engagement.
  • Oversee the Human Resource Information system (HRIS) for completeness with current and accurate employee records.
  • Manage and maintain the company HR Planning process, provide input to the HR Development process and be up to date on all shifting needs of the employer and employee. Conduct employee training and orientation, administer the benefits program, analyze compensation, other competitive data, and proper budgets. Report to management regarding HR costs and activities.
  • Accept in the design & development of job description, while defining individual key performance indicates.
  • Implementing leadership development & succession planning initiatives, including talent identification, development & retention of key talent.
  • Coach and develop the members in the HR Department to achieve business plan objectives in alignment with application of the people strategy.
  • Protect interests of employee and the organization in accordance with organization's Human Resource policies, governmental laws, and regulations.
  • Be a change agent in forecasting new thinking at all levels of the management.

Applicant Profile

  • B.Sc in HRM or full professional qualification in Human resource management or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute Master's degree in related discipline will be an added advantage.
  • Carry a minimum of 8 years work experience in the field of HR, out of which 3 years should be at a manager grade.
  • Be an individual in the age range of 30-38 years, with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English languages.
