. possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
possess 5 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field preferably with exposure to commercial banking and project lending
possess a fair knowledge on financial statements analysis
be able to analyse diverse industries
have an awareness of the business, commercial & economic environment
capable of maintaining the quality of credit proposals and timely completion of same
be able to collaborate in a team and driving joint outcomes
have good communication and interpersonal skills
You will be responsible for;
- evaluation of credit proposals on projects, term lending facilities and revolving facilities (new and enhancements) evaluation of individual company reviews
- evaluation of group reviews
establishing appropriate credit structures and providing recommendations to mitigate the credit risk
identification of early warning signs to mitigate the credit risk (including the monitoring of special conditions) assisting the Relationship Managers in the restructure of credit facilities accompanying the relationship manager on client visits when necessary
