Senior Manager - Human Resources & Administration (Location - Ethimale)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to lead our HR and Admin departments, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, streamline administrative processes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. As the Senior Manager - HR & Admin, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of HR and Administrative functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall success and sustainability of our organization.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR team, overseeing recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, training and development, HRIS and employee relations initiatives.

  • Oversee administrative functions, including facilities management, security, transportation, and office services, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to promote a positive work culture, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and mitigate risks.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing HR and Admin functions, including labor laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations.

Manage the HR and Admin budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to meet departmental goals and objectives.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • MBA / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional qualification in HR will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR and Admin experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its unique HR and Admin challenges, including seasonal workforce management and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and build collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate future HR and Admin needs and develop proactive solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
