What you need to do
Ensure all training-related activities and assessments are conducted according to the provided training plan.
Facilitate the company's induction program for newly onboarded employees. Do conduct training for non-executive staff.
Monitor the training effectiveness and compile training evaluations following the established process.
What we are looking for
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized
university or an equivalent professional qualification from an accredited institute.
