SALES EXECUTIVES
(For Immediate Engagement)
A Sales E excusive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the Sales Manager's and Sales Associates' assistance. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects, avenues and sales leads and converting them into a sound customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand how to identify new sales opportunities and avenues
and follow through with the needs and requirements.
Work closely and maintain a good relationship with clients.
Work in a fast-paced goals oriented environment.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their aspirations and concerns.
Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints and objections on time.
Collaborate with team members to achieve projected sales results.
Gather feedback from customers and or prospects and share them with the internal team for timely action. Prepare and send quotes and proposals in consultation with the sales manager.
Review sales performance periodically.
Prepare reports for a monthly outstanding meeting.
Requirements:
GCE A/L and partly qualified in SLIM/CIM or other relevant qualifications.
1-2 years of experience as a Sales Executive. Experience in selling steel-fabricated products and or construction materials will be an added advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills in English are a must:
Sound PR skills and client relationships.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
