Front Desk Receptionist

We currently have an opening for a Front Desk Receptionist to be based at our Head Office in Colombo. The ideal candidate for this position would be an individual who can deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests. Additionally, their key aim will be to retain and attract new customers as the intended recipients whilst creating a pleasant experience for callers and visitors.
Job Profile
• Efficiently manage the PABX system, ensuring the prompt and professional handling of incoming calls. ⚫ Greet and welcome visitors, customers and guests courteously, providing information about the company's services and facilities.
- Attend to the needs of walking customers and guests, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document management.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating proficiency in the use of PABX systems and office software.
Candidate Profile
- Complete GCE A/L.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role with a minimum of 01 year of experience.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
