CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER (UPS)

Job Profile:
Support customers in the installation, modification, and repair of UPS products.
Solve Power and UPS problems at customer or at service center.
- Interact with customers by phone/face to face depending on the level and type of support required.
- Responsible for installation of product, repair and analyze a failed product or provide customer-site maintenance including preventive maintenance and part replacement
- Provide consultation to end-users in conjunction with sales by promoting and explaining services as required
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance of products
Candidate Profile:
NVQ Level 4/5, NDT (Electrical) or equivalent qualification.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience with Riello/APC/Schneider/Vertiv UPS brands.
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in repair and maintenance of UPS/Generators or similar equipment.
Experience in using tools such as power analyzers.
- Resourceful with good analytical, communication, organization interpersonal skills and good working attitude
Trainees with technical qualification without experience are encouraged to apply as trainees.
