Customer Support Executive
Scope of Work
- Oversees and manages customer support operations.
- Ensures excellent service and efficient issue resolution.
- Understands principles and best practices for effective service management.
- Maintains a customer-centric approach.
Required Qualification
- A diploma in business, information technology, or a related subject.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer assistance or a related function.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical skill and experience with IT products.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented setting.
- A customer-focused approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Expertise in using CRM systems and other customer support technologies.
