LANWA Sanstha Cement Corporation (Private) Limited is a BOI venture and a fully owned subsidiary company of Ceylon Steel Corporation Limited. Our State-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at Export Processing Zone, Mirijjawila, Hambantota.
The company is looking for team spirited, result oriented individuals
with passion and dynamism for the following vacancy.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP COORDINATOR
Responsibilities.
- Manage and maintain our company's social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts,
- responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers
- Handle client inquiries via email, phone, and social media in a timely and professional manner,
- providing accurate information and assistance
- Manage the customer hotline, answering calls and resolving issues or If needed, escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
- Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed
Requirements and Skills.
Age: 20-30 years
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Posses good telephone ethics
- Must be competent in MS Office Package.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Team player with ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Be Highly organized proactive and engergetic with a positive attitude.
- Experience is a bonus but not required we welcome fresh talent!
