- Proven experience in tele sales or a related field, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Sinhala, Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
