MANAGER

CORPORATE SALES

Responsibilities:

Promote the hotel brand, attract new business (NRG, Corporate & Banquet Sales), and maximize/increase the corporate revenue portfolio.

Establish business relationships with local and domestic markets, while identifying new business opportunities within them, and monitoring competitor activities.

Promote Hotel sales by attending sales functions, shows and organize sales trips with potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate guests' needs, and update the Management.

Develop strategic action plans for the Hotel to generate measurable total sales revenue by focusing on non-residential guest business opportunities.

Prerequisites:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Hospitality Industry will be an added advantage.

Having Resort Sales experience will be an added advantage.

The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a high-paced environment.
