We are a food related importers/Manufactures & Island wide distributor, looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and dedicated and Goal oriented candidates for the following position with long term commitment and ability to drive the company to achieve set goals.
COST ACCOUNTANT
Candidate should possess
Should be a passed finalist or finalist of CA, CIMA or ACCA.
Minimum 7 years' experience of which 4 years in a similar capacity.
Knowledge and experience of working with ERP systems.
Possess strong analytical, numerical, interpersonal & communication skills.
Responsibilities
Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements. (Income Statement, Financial Position & Cash flow Statement)
Advance knowledge of working in MS Office.
Analyzing production costs: Reviewing and analyzing all costs associated with the production process, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and other expenses.
Implementing and maintaining cost accounting systems to accurately track and allocate
production costs to products or projects.
Variance analysis: Conducting variance analysis to compare actual production costs to budgeted or standard costs, identifying areas of over or under spending, and recommending corrective actions.
General
Good Communication Skills in both Sinhala and English.
Ability to communicate in Tamil Language would be an added advantage.
Age - preferably between 25 to 35.
