EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Derana Medical Laboratory Testing Services (Pvt) Ltd is leading medical center and laboratory committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community With state-of-the-art facilities and a team of dedicated professionals, we aim to provide comprehensive medical care and diagnostic solutions of the highest quality.

  • Market Research Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors' activities.
  • Business Planning Develop strategic business plans to expand our services, increase revenue streams, and achieve business objectives.
  • Client Acquisition Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, corporate clients, Foreing employeement agencies and government agencies.
  • Partnership Development Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, referral networks, and industry associations.
  • • Marketing and Promotion Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and materials to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility. • Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and Negotiation Lead sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Performance Analysis Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market, industry dynamics, and regulatory environmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
