Assistant Branch Manager/ Branch Manager
Vacancis are available at Puttalam.
- Responsibilities of above job will include but are not limited to the followings Drive and initiate business plans to achieve set goals for the branch.

Strategically analyze and explore new profitable business avenues.
Encourage branch staff to achieve overall business targets of the branch.
- Ensure that internal controls are in place and practiced in Branch Operations and Administration.
The Ideal Candidate should possess
Male candidate, age below 45 years.
Possess at least 10 - 15 years experience in Banking and Financial industry.
- Degree and/or Professional Qualifications in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance.
- To be an individual who possesses a “Service Oriented Mindset" and the confidence to pursue ambitious challenges within a performance driven culture.
