PRODUCTION PLANNING EXECUTIVE
(OFFSET / LITHO PRODUCTION)

ROLES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- ✰ Organize the daily/weekly/monthly production planning according to the company requirement.
- Evaluate the production, identify potential quality issues, and take necessary actions before the production. Involve with daily production and set color standards.
- ★Control the incoming inspection and final inspection.
- ★ Manage the inspection team.
- ★Manage all the documentation related to quality process.
- Set standards for color management, quality management and maintenance.
- Manage quality-testing equipment and proceed the testing as required by the customer.
QUALIFICATION/CAPABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from recognized university or institute.
- ★ Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage a team for results.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and written).
- ★ Good leadership skills, team building skills, and conceptual skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor factory staff.
- Ability to spot strengths and weaknesses in team members and a methodical approach to work are required★Age below 35 years
- Experience in printing industry will be an added advantage.
