We are seeking an ambitious and astute professional with a proven track record and currently handling the undernoted functions in a group of companies.

Finance Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handling factory petty cash float, issuing and settling IOUS with proper documentation and issuing petty cash vouchers.
- Collecting proper payable documents from factory purchasing department and entering the payments into the ERP and writing cheques in a correct manner.
- Maintaining the factory bank ledgers properly and preparing bank reconciliations monthly and submit to the Finance Manager for viewing.
- Maintaining and sending the daily cash balances to the management.
- Maintaining a proper filing system for the finance documents.
- Monitoring warehouse and purchasing functions
- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by the management from time to time.
Key Requirements
- AAT Qualified or CA Part Qualified.
- Basic Degree is an added qualification.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in related functions.
- Candidates living near Heiyanthuduwa will be given priority
