Junior Executive - Customer Service
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborating with customers, shippers, and exporters to accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly basis using both principal and local systems within the specified timelines.
- Work closely with the CY/Terminal and customers to ensure timely preparation of outward declarations within the provided timelines.
- Supporting in compiling monthly reports for review by management.
- Analyzing sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify opportunities, enhance sales strategies, and foster revenue growth.
- To be available for contact 24/7 and promptly respond to all stakeholder inquiries within the designated timelines.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential risks or opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Possess a degree or diploma in Shipping, Logistics, or Forwarding.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
