SENIOR SPARE PARTS EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries.
Flexible and positive attitude with an outgoing approach to work. (workshop/customer)
Taking in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, dealing with walk in customer and internet enquires.
Supplying the service department with outstanding level of service including team working.
Pre-picking and supporting both the sales and service department with technical product queries.
Keeping the parts inventory orderly and up to date.
Be involved in inventory management, invoicing, and other admin tasks.
Completing all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing) Match orders against stock and confirm with customers of any items that may not be stocked or need ordering. Core skill in computing are essential, including web systems, email, and use of excel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have more than 3 years experience in selling spare parts.
- Good knowledge about spare parts.
- Age between 20 - 30.
- Driving license is added advantage.
- Knowledge in warehouse management.
- Experience in selling tools, accessories also can apply.
