Statesman (Pvt) Ltd., following three decades of business in Sri Lanka. The strategic location of our research center and production facilities in Wattala simplifies the whole design and delivery process for headwear and clothing. LW Reid PTY Limited, our sales and operations division, is based in Sydney, whereas MCH Holdings, our corporate headquarters, is based in Brisbane. Over the last 30 years, our specialty has been making school wear and headwear, with a proud heritage of MCH being Australia's oldest hat maker for over 186 years.
Packing Supervisor (Wattala)
Key Responsibilities

Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
- Preparation of packing list according to shipment schedule.
- Identification of defectiveness & providing feedback to the production department.
- Checking & signing off packing documents and export documents.
Coordinating with the other departments for packing-related matters.
Better labor handling skills and ability to monitor and evaluate their performance. Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with internal & external audits.
Ability to manage the team in finishing & packing with good results.
- Strong leadership with problems solving skills.
Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in garments related product manufacturing would be advantages and encourage to apply.
- Ability to motivate employees and coordinate with all departments to run the smooth production processes
Strong quantitative analytical skills with numbers, reports and data analysis using various ERP systems
Good Leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
Age between 28-40yrs
