Senior Manager - Finance (Immediate Vacancy)

  • Job Role
    • Providing reports to Directors for decision making
    • Update financial models, project profitability reports and forecasted project cash flows
    • Update group assets and liabilities reports
    • Overall responsibility in planning budgetary process and variance analysis
    • Ability to handle multiple jobs & coordinate with top management
    • FAIRWAY HOLDINGS
    • Maintain relationship with financial accountants, sales department, Legal, Engineering and QS.

Requisites

  • Finalist or Fully qualified in either CA, ACCA
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Over 3 years audit experience
  • Good communication skills.
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • Fluent in MS Excel, Office packages, accounting systems (SAGE) would be added advantage
  • Construction related exposure will be an added advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in the field of accounting or business will be an added advantage

Assistant Accountant

Job Role

  • Preparation and supervision of financial statements, variance reports and other management Reports
  • Timely closure of monthly accounts and presentation to the Management
  • Timely submission of statutory payments/reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Check and authorize bank reconciliation and control accounts
  • Tax planning and compliance with tax regulations
  • Supervising and managing the cash flow, debt collection and payments

Requisites

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting/Finance from a recognized University or any other professional qualification such as CA, CIMA or ACCA.
  • At least three years experience as an Assistant Accountant in a Group of Companies
  • In depth understanding of Accounting principles, taxation and statutory requirements
  • Good communication skills and business acumen
  • Excellent knowledge in Advanced Microsoft Excel

Junior Accounts Executive

Requisites & Job Role

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field or part qualification from CA, ACCA
  • 2-3 years of working experience in similar capacity
  • Timely closure of monthly accounts and presentation to the Management
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Attention to details is a must
