EXECUTIVE - HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT

We are on the look out for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join Prym Intimates HR team as an Executive - Human Resources Development. This role requires to facilitate Integrated Human Capital Management System whilst, sustaining and improving strategies and processes in order to develop capabilities and performance of employees to be in line with current and future organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholder to co-ordinate and organize best programs that aim to bridge current skills gaps and ensure the talent pool is equipped with the right skill set to support the achievement of current and future business requirements. Ensure adherence to the key functions pertaining to the Learning and Development pillar to support the management in achieving its set objectives.
  • Work with department heads in the identification of training and development needs derived through the IDP's and design/develop suitable training/development programs in order to enhance skills across the organisation.
  • Execution of training initiatives across the SBU and also through the provision of quality assured systems/procedures in order to monitor and control training spends against budget.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and internal departments on all aspects including the following: Selection of service providers / participants, monitor participant attendance & prepare / maintain all relevant documentation and update the internal training tracker. Continuously improve training processes through pre and post evaluations of all trainings and detailed analysis for feedback and management decision making.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of skill matrix and create production flexibility through multiskilling of critical roles.
  • Strategize and sustain an effective recruitment process for E&M and coordinate the Induction program to facilitate business requirements with shortest lead time and to ensure a smooth onboarding of newly recruited employees
  • Ensure timely completion of the goal setting and appraisal process within the stipulated time frame ; Coordinating with heads of departments on the performance appraisal process, Work with HR and Management to meet the internal and group time frames & Liaise with the central team on system issues and follow set direction to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams and management to ensure seamless flow of required tasks within the stipulated timeframe.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Business Management/Human Resources and/or any other relevant area

1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity

Sound communication and Negotiation skills

Advanced Excel skills/ Analytical skills

Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn, flexibility, and a can-do attitude to work.
