Job Title: Administrative and Financial Coordinator (Full Time)

Location: Mostly Remote with some office days (Colombo)

Enta Finance is a newly established business process outsourcing company offering a diverse range of services including accounting, finance, bookkeeping, tax, marketing, and business administration to clients across various industries such as healthcare, tech, food distribution, and travel.

⚫ Job Description:

As an Administrative and Financial Coordinator at Enta Finance, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Managing Purchase Ledger: Including bank reconciliation, invoice coding and registration, month-end/year-end journal entries, and accounts payable functions.
  • Sales Ledger Management: Sending invoices to customers and reconciling payments.
  • Credit Control: Following up with customers for payment.
  • Expense Management: Preparing expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Tax Filings: Handling UK VAT filings, UK year-end accounts filing, and preparing tax filings for jurisdictions like the US, Hungary, the Netherlands, and others if necessary.
  • Assisting with Ad Hoc Financial Reports: Supporting in the preparation of financial reports as required.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Business Admin Support: Responding to customer and supplier queries via email and chat.
  • Executive Assistance: Arranging meetings and travel plans as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems efficiently.
  • Social Media Management: Creating and managing social media pages for various clients.
  • Travel Coordination: Creating travel itineraries and coordinating hotel bookings and holiday packages with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Working towards or recently qualified accountant (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) or significant experience.
  • Prior experience in an accounts department of a commercial business.
  • Proficiency in using Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent spreadsheet skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, drafting skills, and time management abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond expectations.
  • Honest, straightforward, and truthful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • What we offer
  • Salary range of LKR 80,000-LKR 100,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Additional performance-based bonuses will be made available.
  • Ability to work remotely 60%-80% of your time.
