Job Position : Senior Executive - Quality Assurance - Factory (Permanent)

146 Nattandiya Road, Dankotuwa, Sri Lanka (Opposite Hotel Camelia) Work Time : 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
Job Description
- Responsible for implementing ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS)Activities include but not limited to -
- 。 Understanding the standard, implementing the FSMS, monitoring the FSMS, verifying and validation the FSMS;
- Conducting quality trainings, holding food safety team meetings and reviewing FSMS;
- Evaluating hygiene factors;
- Tracking traceability;
Overseeing annual Coconut Development Authority (CDA), organic and SMETA audits; • Guaranteeing shipments and local products are verified for quality with minimal recalls. Supervising 1-2 quality juniors, and overlooking 100 factory staff members to make sure company quality requirements are met;
Working alongside Operations, Factory Production, Maintenance and HR, Accounts teams to meet company tasks;
Skills & Qualifications
- Has a science degree;
- Holds 5 years' experience in quality management systems such as ISO 22000;
Experience in coconut edible industry is a plus;
